Your email address, a hashed password, your business name, the keywords you choose, and the public search results those keywords return. Payment details live with Stripe and never touch our servers.
To run the searches you asked for and email you the results. We don't sell, rent or share your data, and we don't use it to train anything.
Mentions are kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically. Close your account and we remove your data within 30 days.
On servers we operate ourselves. Email delivery and payment processing are handled by our email provider and by Stripe respectively.
Under Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to nikidd@gmail.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
